Tassie Trip Day 5 - Safety Cove

Back from Hobart, and again- we are off to the beach for run and swim!

How beautiful is this colours!! and this is dog off-lead area beach-- without anybody!

we were so happy :)

空、海　青い〜！！ 　

ここもドッグオフリードエリアで誰も居ませんでした！

 私達もコトニアもハッピー：）

Tassie Trip Day 5 - Hobart & MONA

We drive back to Hobart from Tasman Peninsula and finally visit
Absolutely beautiful art museum MONA(Museum of Old and New Art)
Very nicely displayed exhibitions and inspired me a lot of how to show
art, hot to curate,  decorate, exhibit to audience.
Interior textures and different artist zones made us engaged with the space to space transition and we really did experience power of the art, which is also somewhat delicate as a sand stone walled space.  
Really loved details of Bar at B5 and warm and delicate sand stone wall.
タスマン半島に着いた翌日はこの地域でゆっくりする予定でしたが、
週末にかけて気温が急上昇していて明日あさっては30〜33度となる予定！
ミュージアムへは犬は連れて行けない為、犬達を車で待機させなければいけなかったので 

慌てて23度の今日予定していたMonaに行ってきました。
（完全な日陰に車を止めて窓を開け車を完全に布で覆っていたので犬達はかなり
快適に待機出来ました）
ずっと来たかったモナですが、凄い！インテリアテキスチャー（ライムストーン）が
様々なアーティストの空間と空間の移り変わりを 見事に一つにしてくれてます。
完全地下に掘り下げられた地下5階までの大きな空間、環境をそのままインテリアとして
残し、このタスマニアの土地の環境をあらわに印象づけています。
犬を車に残す件で少し戸惑ったけど　これて良かった。

Tassie Trip Day 4 - Our new cottage & more beach

 Finally we are here!!

Night time gets a little cold so it was 

just perfect :)

疲れた一日でした

でも暖炉の火が疲れをいやしてくれます。

真夏だけど夜は少し冷えるので

暖炉は嬉しい！

Tassie Trip Day 4 - Driving to Tasman Peninsula

Good Bye Falmouth--

 We are kept driving east coast. 

Perfect weather for long driving day

この日はひたすらイーストコーストをドライブ。

長時間のドライブにピッタリな曇り空。

 Bicycle riding event was on this day..

途中から自転車の人がどんどん増えてくる。。

タスマニア自転車一周のイベントと見事に遭遇してしまい

走りにくい。。

 

 Caravans, vans, and trucks... we did struggle driving 

those narrow road with so many bike riders.

狭い道に自転車、キャラバン、トラック、バン

対向車。。運転しづらい

 we stopped for rest from chaotic driving, near nine mile beach. 

Back ground mountains are Freycinet Peninsula.

とりあえず途中で休憩ー

後ろに見えるのは 有名なFreycinet Peninsula

 We finally arrived our next distination - Tasman Peninsula

where had big forest fire early this year.

 そしてやっと目的地にタスマン半島に到着

この地域は年明け頃に大きな山火事があり

立ち入り禁止区域だったのが焼け跡の片付けが

終わった1月下旬にやっと入れる様になりました。

目を背けたくなる様な焼け跡。

From the distance, it does looks like 

autum forest getting coloured leaves 

あまり高温で焼けなかったのか、葉っぱが残っているし

木はまだ生きています。遠くからみると

まるで紅葉の様に見えて慣れてくると

美しく見える様になってきた。

 

Then we finally saw this blue sky and ocean!

well.. we are finally tasman peninsula.

so happy that we came here! 

そして目の前に飛び込んで来たのは

この真っ青な空と海。。

来て良かった〜  

 

Tassie Trip Day 3 - St Helens, Bay of Fire

Day 3, we spent a day on the beach! We found dog off-lead beach near our cottage at Falmouth, it was peaceful nice place with many red rocks, big kelp sea weed and shells on the beach. Koto and Niah enjoyed playing with things laying on the beach, Koto used kelp to tug a war or dig them, Niah found feather of seagull :)   Then we drive up to the north east coast- Bay of fire to see this famous beach! Wow- look at those colours of ocean! Very pretty. 
We bought fresh oyster on the way back home, the shop on the street, open shells in front of us- it was $13 for 12. fresh and the most delicious oyster we have ever had!  We did quick look at St. Helens town then bought fresh travelly for dinner :) After the dinner- we just couldn't stop us to go back to the beach! to see the ocean and happy dogs! Really cozy cottage and pretty area! Love to come back here again. 
We are leaving here tomorrow to Tasman Island.
3日目はビーチで過ごしました。朝起きて直ぐコテージの直ぐそばのドッグオフリードビーチへ！やっぱり誰も居ないのに絶景！琴とニアはビーチに落ちていたケルプという大きな海藻をひっぱりだしてきて引っ張りっこしたり、穴を掘ってみたり、おおきなシーガルの羽を見つけて来てはそれで遊んだり。大きな鯨やアザラシの死骸が砂の下にはんぶん埋まっていました。犬達は巨大な骨に興味しんしん！　そして1時間程ドライブして有名なビーチベイオブファイヤーに行ってみました。ここは残念ながら観光地なので犬は放せませんが、散歩はオーケーだったのでのんびり散歩をして真っ青な空と海をたっぷり楽しみましたよ：）途中で牡蠣をランチに購入！目の前で殻を開けてくれて12個で13ドル。これが激ウマ！今までたべた牡蠣のなかで一番美味しかったです。
その後はSt. Helensという街をふらりと散策、そして新鮮なアジを夕食にゲット！コテージに帰って夕食を食べたあともう一度ビーチへ！本当にいい所でしたー　また訪れたいです
